This course allows students to experience various aspects of the camera and lighting crafts of the media production. In this class, students primarily learn to be camera loaders the entry-level position of camera, however the class encompasses techniques in how to operate the current types of cameras used in creating television shows and motion pictures.
Students will begin learning all the essential elements of shooting with various camera types, lenses, filters, and speeds. As they progress they learn about the importance of lighting, camera angles etc, The class culminates with a hands-on exercise that allows them to put into practice all the skills they have acquired.

Course objectives
1. Understanding concepts of Broadcast Shooting.
2. Dealing with various types of cameras and its properties.
3. Knowing various ways of lighting and how to use it.
4. Understanding Cameraman responsibilities, qualifications, tools and skills
5. Understanding skills of Cameramen and his duties
6. Understanding using computers and new technology in shooting.
7. Recognizing repeated problems and solutions.

1. People who needs to become TV Camera men.

3. Journalists and reporters who need to gain skills in TV Camera Shooting.

1. Broadcast TV working environment and shooting location.
2. The responsibilities of TV Cameraman's skills, tools and characteristics.
3. Understanding Broadcast cameras, tools and ways of using.
4. The basic concepts of Broadcast cameras, shooting and production etc.,
5. Understanding of lighting nature, resources, devices and color settings. etc.
6. TV lighting networks knowledge.
7. Planning of TV reporting and drama.
8. Camera shooting of seminars, discussion, and sport games.
9. Quality assurance and how to apply in Broadcast shooting and lighting.
10. Ways to solve the repeated problems and solutions.

Gained skills after the course completion
